The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Add flour a tsp at a time to oil until a paste forms, heat slowly, and once the paste starts to bubble, slowly whisk in chicken broth and  Dijon mustard. Add meatballs and simmer until heated through.

To make a healthy kid friendly supper, add one cup of broken up high fibre spaghetti noodles and 1/2 extra broth, allow the noodles to cook in the broth with the meatballs
