The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Roasted Vegetable Fries

1 lb parsnips
1 lb carrots
2 lb potatoes
3 Tbsp organic avocado oil
1 Tbsp thyme
salt and pepper


Scrub and cut vegetables into 1/2 inch slices, toss with oil and seasonings and cook at 425F for 35-40 minutes
