The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Lemon Pepper Brussel Sprouts

1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp Avocado Zest oil
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
salt to taste


Add oil, broth and brussel sprouts to a large pan with a lid. Cook on medium-high until the brussel sprouts turn bright green, about 4-5 minutes. Lower heat to medium-low and remove lid, add pepper and give the sprouts a stir while allowing excess liquid to evaporate. Cook until the brussel sprouts begin to caramelize, about 4 minutes. Taste and add more pepper or salt as necessary
