The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Green Beans with Baby Bellas and Proscuitto

Main Course

1 lb of green beans, washed and trimmed
1 cup of baby portabella mushrooms
3 slices of prosciutto
1 Tbsp Organic Avocado Oil
1/4 cup chicken stock


Heat oil in large skillet, add mushrooms and saute until they begin to brown. Add prosciutto and continue to cook for one minute before adding green beans, toss everything together, add chicken broth and cover. Steam for 3 minutes.
