The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Best Ever Roast Potatoes

* 1.5 lbs/.75 kg medium potatoes

* ¼ cup Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil

* chopped rosemary

* salt and pepper


Peel potatoes and cut in half, dry on paper towel. Place in roasting pan, sprinkle with avocado oil, rosemary (or use Olivado Gold Avocado Oil infused with rosemary). Season with salt and pepper. Cook in oven at 190C/375F until golden crisp (this recipe may be used for all roast vegetables).
