The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Baked Onions with Balsamic Reduction

2-3 lbs small yellow onions peeled and quartered
3 Tbsp macadamia nut oil
salt and pepper
1 cup of aged balsamic vinegar, reduced by half over medium heat


Preheat oven to 400F, toss onions with macadamia nut oil and salt and pepper. Cook for 40 minutes or until soft and golden brown. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
