The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Granola Bars with Macadamia Nut Oil!

Make these your own by adding nuts or dried fruit. Perfect snack for after school or on-the-go!


4 ½ cups of Rolled oats

1 cup of all purpose flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

½ cup of Olivado Macadamia Nut Oil

½ cup of honey

1/3 cup of brown sugar

2 cups of chocolate chips

*variations include, mini marshmallows, almonds, walnuts, cranberries…


Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease one 9×13 inch pan. In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, Macadamia nut oil, honey and brown sugar. Stir in the two cups of chocolate chips or add-ins desired. Lightly press mixture in to the pan. Bake at 325 degree’s for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 min then cut in to bars. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
